Service Fee: $89.00 / day

We are a recognized service provider for all major Long-Term care insurance companies. We will support the families with Long-Term care insurance paperwork.

Bilingual staff communicate in Japanese and English.

Admissions

Schedule a private tour and interview. Registration requires the following:

Proof of physician clearance
Completed COVID-19 questionnaire
2-step TB test results
Physical exam.

Appropriate Level

Ambulatory or assisted by cane or walker, moderately independent and/or needing supervision or assistance, mild to moderate dementia, able to enjoy most foods appropriate for age group

Will you accept Participants in wheelchairs?

Yes, if they are able to transfer with assistance; assessment will be performed.

Will you accept Participants found to be incontinent?

Yes, case by case, and may require more details.

Lunch and two healthy snacks

Does your fee cover all food served?

Yes

What will the Participant need to supply?

Assistive devices if needed (to include glasses, dentures, etc.), supply of undergarments if needed, one change of clothing, sweater if needed
